Beau’s extensive experience and successful track record in multi-housing includes founding and building some of the fastest growing and most well-respected companies in the industry.  As a Founding Partner of both Capstone Apartment Partners and Catalyst Capital Partners, Beau led the growth and management teams of both firms as they evolved to become industry leaders amongst the multi-family brokerage and development sectors.   

Additionally, Beau has consistently delivered successful real estate developments and investments for his partners and investors across various value-add acquisitions and opportunistic developments, including numerous garden, mid-rise, build-to-rent, mixed-use, and land development projects.  His development projects have won various awards, including the Charlotte MSA’s Community of the Year and the Charlotte Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters Mixed-Use Project of the Year.

Beau grew up in Charleston, WV and attended West Virginia University where he received his undergraduate business degree and his Master of Science degree. He also obtained his MBA from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte. Early in his career, Beau worked as a consultant with both Deloitte & Touche and KPMG. At the age of 33, Beau was named one of Charlotte’s “40 Under 40” by the Charlotte Business Journal, a recognition granted to the area’s top up and coming business professionals.  In addition to Banner for Better, Beau runs the CCHS Foundation for Success, an endowment he stablished to fund high school scholarships for underprivileged children at his alma mater, Charleston Catholic High School.  Beau has served on several non-profits Boards, including the YMCA, United Way, and The Relatives.  He enjoys travelling and all outdoor activities, and lives in Charlotte, NC.
